[Zope-Annce] FSCacheManager

FSCacheManager is a new Cache Manager for Zope that works in conjuction with
most Web servers, its specifically aimed at Apache and IIS.

It cache's your objects on the file system so that your web server can serve
out static content nice and fast without ever bothering your Zope. It's a
good alternative caching system for sites with lots of static content.
