[Zope-Annce] Zwiki 0.27 released

Zwiki 0.27 has been released. 

Summary: new, faster page hierarchy implementation; access keys
everywhere; utf-8 everywhere; page management form and action icons in
plone; bugfixes.

There are a couple of upgrade issues this month, check
http://zwiki.org/ReleaseNotes and http://zwiki.org/KnownIssues.

This release makes it practical to enable the full hierarchy features
(show_subtopics, show_navlinks) in all wikis, including large ones.
Thanks to steady and committed community input we are making progress on
all fronts, but especially the last big 1.0 blocker: i18n. Right now we
need developers to help do (mostly straightforward) i18n of python code;
