[zope-annce] Zope 4.8 and 5.5 released

On behalf of Zope developer community I am pleased to announce the releases of Zope 4.8 and 5.5.

These releases add improved cookie handling (see https://github.com/zopefoundation/Zope/pull/1010) in addition to a few bug fixes.
