[Zope-Checkins] Heads up: We are soon going to split the Zope and Zope 3 checkins lists

What if we prime the new list with the intersection of the subscribers
to 'zope-checkins' and 'zope3-dev'?  That way, people who have a natural
interest in the traffic don't have to do anything to continue seeing it,
while those who have been annoyed by it (e.g., they subscribe to
'zope-checkins' only, and don't care about the Zope3 checkins) will quit
seeing it.
