The catch of course, is that the ZEO server is not the only user of
the ZEO section type; it is also used in ZRS.  I think it makes sense
to view these applications as collections of components which have
been combined in different ways, and each corresponds to portions of
the configuration file.  The resulting configuration is very explicit
in what is being set, and people moving from one piece of Zope
software to another will find configuration to be very familiar.
