Yes. As I told Andreas in IRC last night, the zope.app.content_types
module was once copied over from OFS.content_types. Since then, however,
OFS.content_types has seen some bugfixes (that zope.app.content_types
hasn't).

I proposed to move over the whole OFS.content_types module (as it was
before) to zope.app.content_types, provide some tests for the bugfixes
so that we know they are there and make OFS.content_types a deprecated
alias of zope.app.content_types.
