[Zope-PTK] Adding new kinds of "Members"?

What is the best way of going about making a new kind of member that can
add their own kind of objects, but that other members can't add?

Like:
	Member: (can only make Correspondence comments)
		Properties: standard props
	CoolMember: (can make Correspondence comments, add news and add
			images and video files... etc)
		Properties: standard props + address, phone # etc.

Is this a only a matter of making a new role and objects that require
that role?  Any thoughts, similar experiences?
