Ah, I see now, disgredard my post a few mintues ago asking about this...

But does it solve the example I posed a few messages ago?
A user is going to want to say:
'Right, Sales, Marketing and Accounts can see this, but Customer
Services and Cleaning Services (a lot of companies seem to rate these
equally importantly ;-) may not'

This should be very simple to specify, which using these rules, I'm not
sure it would be, but I am qutie tired right now :S
