So basically the 'normal' set of states?

Where do the options for these states come from?
eg, content_approved and content_not_approved for 'Review:'

Are they from a defined list or 'free form'?

Should both types be supported?

I think this is a good candidate for dev.zope.org.
AFAIK, PTK comes under its auspices :-)
