[Zope-PTK] cannot install PTK

PTKDemo and PTKBase are "filesystem-based" Python products -- you need
to restart Zope after untarring.

See the installation directions under the PTK product page:

for the rest of the steps (which includes importing the DemoPortal
ZClass product).
