[Zope-PTK] LoginManager problem

Here's the setup
/acl_users - LoginManager with one user that is a Manager... using cookies
to authenticate
/test - Folder created by that Manager

If I try to add a LoginManager to /test (again, as that Manager), I get this
error:

I'm thinking that a Manager *should* be able to add a LoginManager to a
subfolder, correct?
