[Zope-PTK] LoginManager and LDAP

Hi everyone,

I'm about to embark on my first BSP (Big Summer Project) at school. I'm
going to try to get Zope to authenticate to our NDS tree. From all accounts,
LoginManager is what I want to be using to provide the kind of flexibility I
need to handle LDAP and "regular" cookie-based authentication for people
outside our NDS tree.

Can anyone comment about the status of LoginManager and its suitability to
this task? Will I need to get the latest from CVS somewhere?

I really hope this is possible.
