[Zope-PTK] MembershipZ installation

Hi,

I tried to install the archive version of MembershipZ product with the rest 
of PTK and got a problem. It complains about some ZPatterns or LoginManager 
classes not available.
Can someone tell me which combination of products works ?
I tried MembershipZ (latest snapshot) + PythonMethods (latest version) + 
ZPatterns 0.3 + LoginManager-0-8-6 on Zope 2.2b2.
