Hmm, there should be no dependency at all on ZPatterns -- I
don't have ZPatterns or LoginManager installed on any of my
sandboxes.  There is an option to create a LoginManager-based
user folder in the portal wizard, but I don't believe it works.

There *are* folks in the PTK community who are working with
both ZPatterns/LoginManager and the PTK, but we haven't yet
re-integrated the two (and we definitely plan to avoid any
required use of them.

It shouldn't really matter which product you import first -- if
DemoPortal is imported before Wizard, then the Wizard instance
will be broken, but only until Wizard is imported.  I do plan
to revisit the install docs for the next release.
