[Zope-CMF] Help with Tree Tag URLPARAM

Greetings, 
     Thank you to everyone who helped out on the last issue I had. 

The next issue I am working on is with the dtml-tree tag. I have a page that takes two arguments, and if they are both not present it presents 'default' content.

I am trying to use the tree tag to display a list of folders on the page, but when I attempt to use the urlparam attribute of the dtml-tree tag it does not put in the proper url.

For Example, 
I first tried urlparam="arg1=true&arg2=&dtml-myvar;" and the url I got out of it was:
http://mysite.com/resource?arg1=true&arg2=&dtml-myvar;&tree=(some amount of random letters)

So I tried assigning the string of "arg1=true&arg2=&dtml-myvar;" to a variable this produced the url
http://mysite.com/resource?MyVariableString&tree=(some amount of random letters)

Instead of putting the value of the variable into urlparam it put the variable name.

What am I doing wrong?
