[Zope-CMF] afterCreate API gone

I recently removed the 'afterCreate' API from CMFCore.WorkflowCore,
as it was a total no-op;  it turns out that the actions you would like
to do there (cataloguing, event notifiation, etc.) can't be done, as
the object has no "place" yet.

This change breaks CMFOptions.Ext{File,Image}, and probably other
products I don't know about.  The preferred solution is for people
to just delete the import and the call of it;  I'll entertain other
suggestions, though.
