[Zope-CMF] how-to/help for CMF users?

I knocked one up for a site I've been working on:

I would like to see other peoples attempts as I'm sure mine could do with 
some improvement.

When a member wants to create a new object in their folder I have mentioned 
the submit/publish cycle in the description of the object. Perhaps I should 
include this in the Help section also.
