[Zope-CMF] Dublin Core "Publisher" property?

Are there any plans to add the "Publisher" field to the DublinCore metadata
for content-objects (and hence the catalog)? I notice it's used in RSS, and
you can define it for the Portal as a whole in portal_metadata.

But it could also be used in the portals-within-portals problem. i.e. create
a new type called Organisation/Department, based on folder. Whenever you
added a content-object for that org, it would define Publisher as the
Organisation's title. If you also tied Members to one or more Organisations,
you could use this to control editing/reviewing rights?
