[Zope-CMF] Books/Tutorials

Hi!
I have just started using Zope and CMF. I wonder if there is any good 
CMF-Books, -tutorials or -E-books, on the Web or in stores. There was some 
poor information about CMF on the cmf.zope.org site so I need something 
better, any suggestions ? Is there any complete Zope or CMF manual out there 
?
