[Zope-CMF] Users password

Hi

Not sure is this is a CMF or a Zope query but I will try here first.

I administer a Zope/CMF site and am looking at how I could retrieve a users
password when they forget it.

There is a How-To on viewing user names and roles which works really well
but I was wondering how this could be extended to show passwords aswell?
