That symbol ('_checkCBlock') is not present in any recent
version of CMFCore.FSPythonScript.py;  my guess is that you
are using CMF 1.0 with an incompatible version of Zope (2.4.3).


Can you try again with CMF 1.1 (or better, CVS) and see if the
problem continues?
