[Zope-CMF] Problems installing CMFTopic

Make sure from the security tab in the root of your portal that Add portal
topics is checked for Members.

The CMFTopic Type is not available in the the list of types in the
'Add Content' page when a member tries to create a new object.

There is a single script 'Update.py' in CMFTopic/Extensions which I
have executed according to README. Checking the portal_types tool,
'Topic' is in the contents list and clicking 'Topic' reveals that it
is an allowed content type.

So why does it not show up in the 'add content' list for members to
add a new object?
