[Zope-CMF] DateTime support for Norwegian dateformat?

[Andreas Jung]

Zopes DateTime objects should be able to parse formats
like 'dd.mm.yy' and 'dd.mm.YYYY' (tested and working
with Zope 2.5 (and earlier version)).
