[Zope-PTK] Topics support in PTK

Hi, sigve.   A few of us somwhat new to the PTK (now CMF) are working on
incorporating Topics, with the aim to have something working, or at least
well scoped out, by 1.0.

(Though i'm new to banging on it, i've used bits and pieces of the PTK over
time, and i agree that it's getting much cleaner - i think tres and shane
have done a great job. Glad you appreciate it!)
