[Zope-PTK] hmmm - fixed it... kinda

hi,
i have managed to kinda fix the problem. The problem was that i had 2
verions of the PTKBase, PTKDemo and ZCallable directories installed on
my Zope server. 

The old set in ~/zope/Products/ was being loaded, instead of the new set
in ~/zope/lib/python/Products/

so i removed the old files and Zope now finds and uses the new files in
the new location.

However the 'add Portal' option still doesn't work! (giving me the same
old message). 

However, the 'add Portal (new)' one does, so i guess that's kinda the
same thing but a newer version right? so i should just use that instead?
