[Zope-PTK] Advance warning: Changes in the CMF Discussions facility

Just as an advanced warning, I will be checking in a few changes to the CMF
discussion subsystem Real Soon Now (tomorrow morning to allow for comment)
that will require everyone who has a portal and wants to update the software
and retain an existing CMF instance to run an upgrade script.

This will not be necessary if you simply upgrade the software and
instantiate a new portal from it.
