Log Message:
- Refactored the special objects in TypesTool.  Made a base class and
  renamed the meta types to be more descriptive.

- Added an "actions" tab to the new base class.

- Made use of new factory_type_information attributes to make it easier
  to instantiate a TypeInformation object.

- Updated the TypeInformation creation form to allow use of
  factory_type_information.
