[Zope-PTK] Sneak preview

If you're interested in how skins work, you might try syncing with the
current PTK CVS (both PTKBase and PTKDemo; don't forget -d so you can
get the "skins" directory) and creating an instance of "Portal (new)". 
You don't need to do any ZClass import.

There are a lot of rough edges, I know, and it works for me but YMMV. 
Please be kind.  Next week we'll work on details.  I just wanted to let
the brave souls try it out. :-)
