[Zope-CMF] TypesTool question

Hi,

How come there's a call to isConstructionAllowed() in the
ScriptableTypeInformation implementation of constructInstance but there isn't a
call to isConstructionAllowed in the FactoryTypeInformation implementaion of
constructInstance?
