[Zope-CMF] Question about Events

I am looking at adding a item just like Events but it would allow users
to enter timecard info and be stored just like Events. But my issues is
that I keep getting errors when trying to create a new timecard. I
pretty much barrowed the code from the Event.py for the structure of the
timecard but as of right now I am pulling all my hair trying to figure
out what is going on.
