[Zope-CMF] CMF Security Options

Hello,
Can someone be kind enough to demonstrate the security settings for a cmf
site, what I am missing ;^( sadly to say, is the overall picture.

So, if I want to disable the Member not to be able to ADD news stories, what
should the Security tab for the Portal be, or do I need to modify the
workflow? or create my own?
