[Zope-CMF] More CMF-CVS with Z2.4.0

OK, found something, dunno fo rsure if it is related to 2.4.0 for sure,
but ... maybe someone can confirm/deny, before I put it into the
tracker?

I am playing with Syndication ....
In the root of the CMF site, all works well.

However, in a Member's folder ....

 o I cannot DISable it, I get an att error: 
   Error Value: syndication_information

 o You have to be logged in to get the RSS.

Needless to say, these are problems that pretty much stop RSS from the
member folders.
