[Zope-CMF] CMF 1.1beta released

FYI we didn't have time to correct some late-arriving issues in Zope
2.4.0a1 for the CMF.  So these are the current recommended combinations:

Zope 2.3.2 + CMF 1.0 = Most stable
Zope 2.3.2 + CMF 1.1beta = CMF testing
Zope 2.3.2 + CMF trunk = CMF development for Zope 2.3
Zope CVS trunk + CMF trunk = CMF development for Zope 2.4+
Zope 2.4.0a1 + CMF anything = not recommended
