[Zope-CMF] Workflow : how-to define custom workflow

Hi,

I'd read some doc / help about Workflow tool ,
but I don't found or understand how to define a custom workflow...

I would like to define a more complex workflow than this by default. Like a document has
to be validated by more than one Reviewer. The doc has to get some properties set, etc ...

Is it possible ?
Have you get some link for that ?
