[Zope-CMF] Deleting a portal folder doesn't delete contained items from portal_catalog

FYI and submitting to tracker:

Deleting a Portal Folder does not delete the items
within it from the portal_catalog.

Example:

1. Create a folder in a Member's home folder
2. Add a document
3. Put some words in it so you can search for them
4. Search for a word, you get a link to that document.
5. Delete the folder
6. Search for the word, you still get a link to that
    document. Of course it ain't there!

Deleting the document correctly deletes its reference 
in the catalog, but deleting its container folder does not.
