all a bit offtopic, but FYI the Disabilities Discrimination Act (1995),
which says you must offer all services in an accessible form, also
applies to websites.  There has yet to be a test case over it, but
apparently the RNIB (Royal National Institute for the Blind) is
straining at the leash to bring forward a case.
