If you have downloaded these files and placed them in your
CMFDefault product directory (preserving the subdirectories), then
you may need to restart Zope to see the new stuff.

Installing the tool in a CMFSite built before the tool was part of
the product involves selecting "CMFDefault Tool" from the add list
at the portal root, then selecting "Metadata tool" (or whatever) from
the list of radio buttons.

The simplest way to get the tool is to start from a CVS checkout
of the "trunk" of the CMF;  it is not yet part of a "released"
version.
