Hmm, the discussion items are stored in a 'talkback' container which is
stored *on* the object;  they shouldn't disappear just because the item's
path changes.  I will investigate this morning;  in the meanwhile, please
create a tracker issue for this:

   http://www.zope.org/Products/PTK/Tracker
