[Zope-CMF] "Workgroups"

I have a very primitive setup like that at http://bowery.com/bea - except
that the org stuff is at www.blah.blah.com/portalname/anorg - the Members
area is untouched (individual stuff).  And then anorg has local roles for
fred and jim (manually assigned by me - a small site so it's no big deal).
I made an 'areas_box' which shows any of these 'top level' folders that the
user has local_role access to.
