All that needs to happen is the addition of FSZSQLMethod.py to CMFCore and the
merging of the code in utils.py and __init__.py with their equivalents in
CMFCore.

The thing I'm excited about if I can get it to work is getting security settings
coming from the file system for FS-based objects like FSZSQL methods...
