Not so obvious: let's say a team is working on some project. Every member
contributes in his home folder. Suppose one member leaves the team. You may whish to
delete the member, but keep his existing contributions in the site.

Thus you face different options, and the deletion should ask for a choice :

o delete the folder,

o delete the user but leave his folder in place.
   this prevents from creating the user again,
   and may lead to small problems (if the owner no more exist, what happens
   if somebody wants to discuss some document ?)

o transfer the folder content to another user, or at least to another location
   (eg an "archive" folder) before deleting the user.
