[Zope-CMF] Document describing how to solve the problems with the import of FDV's

Hello,

I have had some mails from other CMF users telling they had some problems on 
using our example portal.

All these problems came because the Filesystem Direcory View folders were 
empty.

So now I have written a document describing how to set up a CMF site that can 
use the MyMediaManager product and our example scripts.

Maybe other product maintainer should do the same if there users are 
experiencing the same problems ???
