[Zope-CMF] CMF workflow tool - how to use it?

Hi there all,
I was wondering where I could find some introductory-type information on how
to use the CMF workflow tool. I have the "Zope web application construction
kit" book, but this doesn't have anything on workflow in it.
I have had a quick look at the demo at zope.com  http://www.zope.com/Demos

however I couldn't really figure out what was going on - is there meant to
be a soundtrack with these demos?

Any pointers greatly appreciated
