[Zope-CMF] customizing plone-skin

Hi,

I just installed plone-skin and tried to customize it.

When I edit "logo.png" upload a new PNG, a new logo.png is created in
the skin-folder custom. But when I view the site, the new logo is not
shown. Same with index_html

Custom is the first folder in portal_skins properties.

What do I miss?
