[Zope-CMF] can't move cmf from windows to linux

As I pointed out in an other mail the fix in
CMFCore/utils.py now breaks installations that make use of the environment
variable PRODUCTS_PATH
when it points to a directory that does not have 'products' in its path.

I had to revert utils.py to 1.26 to start my CMF
