[Zope-CMF] using calendar-where to start

Yes i did.  I had followed this procedure with calendar as a separate
install but maybe it needs to somehow be re-run?  I used to see an event in
my choices with an earlier version of CMF and the separate calendar install.

Did you read "INSTALL.txt" in the CMFCalendar folder?
