[Zope-CMF] Zope 2.6 Copy/Move permission error installing Plone?

When attempting to install a Plone site using the latest Plone (CVS or
1.0alpha2) on Zope 2.6a1 (CMF 1.3 final) I get an odd error that looks
to be related to the new Copy/Move permissions in 2.6.  Won't let me
install a Plone site.

I've tried playing with all of security permissions (copy/move etc) but
I'm apparently missing something.  CMF sites install fine.

The error message contains *no* tracebacks (nothing in the HTML),
throws no events either in Zope debug mode or in a detailed log.  Seems
to be a very controlled permission denial.

Here's the error message:

The action against the frontpage_template object could not be carried
out. One of the following constraints caused the problem: 

The object does not support this operation.

-- OR --

The currently logged-in user does not have the Copy or Move permission
respective to the object.
----- end error message -----

If anyone has any hints about this, or can point me in the direction of
the proper permisssion settings to play with etc., I'd be very
grateful!!!
