[Zope-CMF] FSDV Changes - time to comment ;-)

Hi All,

I've finally had a chance to continue my work on FSDVs.
They should now be a bit more flexible in terms of moving CMF sites between 
Windows and Linux, and should not fail if the new logic can't figure out what to do.

I've just merged my fixes to the HEAD of the CVS repository. If people could 
check this out and report any problems to me, I'll fix them as soon as I can.
