[Zope-CMF] Page view without CMF framing

Umm, change them both to calls to self(), or just get rid of the
conditional.  It seems to work everywhere except the root of a Plone
site due the redirect business to _call_ on index_html.  I've no idea
yet how to fix that.

Help moving it from a hack on navigation_slots to a portal_type would be
most appreciated.
