[Zope-CMF] UnpicklingError importing collector_issue_workflow.zexp on win32

This problems seems to have not gone away for me.  Is there a windows export 
of the collector_issue_workflow.zexp that somebody can send me.
  Seems I still get invalid load key on my latest setup. win2k/win98 Zope 
2.5.0/2.5.1 and cmf 1.2 and 1.3.  Here is the traceback.
